Jerry Henderson and Elizabeth Arms have been instructing Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention, Sun 73, and Yang 24 for more than 10 years. are both certified through the Tai Chi for Health Institute and Tai Chi Vermont. They have both studied with a variety of masters and well-known teachers, including Tai Chi for Arthritis with Dr.Paul Lam, Tai Chi  Classics and Sword form with Hong Yang, Longevity Tree with Jim Scott-Behrends, Qigong with Master Ting and Sun form and Qigong with Stanwood Chang and Peter Wayne, author of the “Harvard Medical School Guide to Tai Chi”.  They are currently students with the Long River Tai Chi School, where they study Cheng Man-ch’ing’s 37 forms. sword and sensing hands.

They have partnered to form the TaiChiFarmhouse, LLC a study center at their home in Ferrisburgh.
